Your Responsibilities

We are currently looking for operators with various experiences and backgrounds for our client in Sandviken. We welcome both those who want to start their career in the industry and those who are experienced operators/CNC operators looking for their next step or new development opportunities.

As an operator, you play a crucial role in the production flow and contribute to ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. The tasks may vary depending on the department but may include setting up, monitoring, and programming CNC machines, reading blueprints, and performing quality checks on manufactured products.

Regardless of your experience level, you will be a key person in the client's production process, where accuracy, collaboration, and technical interest are important qualities.

Forklift and overhead crane certification is a plus but not a requirement. The position involves shift work with varying hours.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who wants to work as an operator in the steel industry. We believe that you understand the importance of quality and enjoy contributing to the workplace, whether it’s achieving set goals, improving the work environment, or fostering a good team atmosphere. You thrive in a role where you can combine practical work with theoretical problem-solving.

As a person, you are curious with a desire to develop and contribute to the company's goals. You have a good understanding of technical processes and can work independently as well as in a team.

We would prefer you to have some technical education or experience, but the most important thing is your personality and willingness to work in an environment characterized by continuous improvement.
